Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, BaaS, to drive growth across Issuing, Capital, and Treasury products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to develop deep product knowledge and execute complex deals.

You’ll engage with clients at multiple levels, build value in competitive scenarios, and share insights to shape strategy. You are a results-driven sales professional with strong technical understanding and superb communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Self-starter capable of driving meaningful business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients across SMBs, startups and digital natives.
• Create territory plan and lead outbound outreach to build a robust BaaS pipeline.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with customers.
• Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing, Capital, and Treasury.
• Relay customer feedback to inform Stripe product roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales, and services.
• Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s products and solutions.
