Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, BaaS, to drive growth across Issuing, Capital, and Treasury products. You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to build deep product knowledge and execute complex deals with customers ranging from SMBs to digital natives.

You will lead outbound efforts, develop strategic territory plans, and establish executive relationships, while translating customer needs into compelling, technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Stripe's BaaS products across a diverse set of customers.
• Create territory plans and lead outbound outreach to develop a robust BaaS pipeline.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with customers.
• Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing, Capital, & Treasury and serve as an internal and customer-facing expert.
• Relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap and contribute to GTM playbooks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to shape meet customer needs.
