Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Alaska seeks a Baader Technician I to perform skilled maintenance on Baader fish processing equipment at production facilities and onboard vessels as assigned.

This role requires 2+ years of Baader equipment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of safety procedures. Baader certificate is preferred and familiarization with documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience on Baader equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Baader Certificate or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains Baader electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Sets and adjusts machine guides, knives, and other tooling per specs and safety rules.
• Tests machines to verify operation of step motors and tooling.
• Completes maintenance logs, work orders, and part inventories.
