Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an Emergency Evaluation (BA) professional to provide assessments and crisis intervention for individuals in behavioral health crisis or detox referrals in Leesburg, Florida. You will determine appropriate care levels and work with a multidisciplinary team to support stabilization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least two years of behavioral health experience, and strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ behavioral healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities
