Mancon is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to grow government and commercial business. You will engage with federal, state, and local customers to identify opportunities, guide requirements, and navigate procurement processes.

The role is hourly, with compensation between $21.00 and $24.00 per hour and will be determined by experience and demonstrated skills. Strong organization and collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2G & B2B sales.
• Understanding of government procurement processes, RFPs, and GSA contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell office, janitorial, and packing supplies to government agencies and organizations.
• Navigate regulations and procurement processes to ensure compliant sales.
• Process quote requests and orders using sales software, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with outside sales to align strategies and achieve goals.
• Assist in updating the e-commerce website with current product information.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
