Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Manager of Communications to elevate the awareness of Samsung’s services across TV and mobile ecosystems.

You will lead comprehensive B2C communications strategies, shaping how media, consumers, advertisers and partners perceive the portfolio of services. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Events, you will collaborate with global teams, manage external agencies, and craft messaging that supports strategic partnerships and product launches

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PR/communications with consumer, tech and business media experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies.
• Executive presence with ability to influence leadership.
• Experience managing multiple external PR agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic B2C PR initiatives to increase brand awareness for Samsung Services.
• Set and track KPIs to drive YoY growth across services and partnerships.
• Lead development of executive keynotes, press announcements and blog posts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to craft and execute campaigns.
• Manage vendor contracts and produce weekly/quarterly MarComm reports.
