Job summary

Enterprise Holdings Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will be the day-to-day contact for Tour accounts and billing questions, prioritizing accounts and following up on past-due balances.

This in-person role offers a hybrid schedule, a Monday–Friday, 8-hour work day, and a first-year compensation target of $39,500 with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and current Tulsa residence.
• 1 year Accounts Receivable, B2B collections, reconciliation, and/or auditing experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with starting pay of $19.03/hour if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers, monitor outstanding balances, and perform timely collection activities.
• Research, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies, disputed transactions, and account issues.
• Receive, post, and apply customer payments via checks, wires, ACH, lockbox receipts, and credit cards.
• Research and reconcile unidentified payments, unapplied cash, payment variances, and account discrepancies.
• Monitor banking activity, review statements and deposits, process electronic transactions, and collaborate with financial institutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and resolution efforts in systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding receivables and payments.
• Monitor aging balances and prioritize workload to achieve collection goals.
• Prepare accounting adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliations for management review.
• Perform extensive auditing of accounts receivable.
