Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Consumer Collections Coordinator to pursue balances on rental transactions and support daily department activities. This in-person role offers a hybrid schedule and a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires collections or customer service experience, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to comply with data protection standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year collections and/or customer service experience using a computer on a daily basis is required.
• 2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Current residence in the Tulsa area.

Responsibilities

• Review reservations, rentals, credit card authorizations and charges to determine validity and identify discrepancies.
• Interact with customers via multiple channels to resolve balances owed and escalate disputes as needed.
• Activate or deactivate Do Not Rent requests.
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts to optimize collection efforts and meet daily and monthly goals.
• Submit special reports and documentation for escalated research of accounts.
• Respond to email requests from customers or other departments daily.
• Research rental systems and reporting databases to verify balances and billing accuracy.
• Process payments and adjustments to resolve balances.
• Ensure credit card information is secured and compliant with data protection standards.
• Prepare and submit write-offs for negotiated balances when required.
• Document interactions with clear notes in systems.
• Stay updated on credit card acceptance guidelines and FDCPA.
