Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks a title sales representative to call on realtors, lenders and external partners to generate title/escrow, lender, and insurance business. You will provide personalized service to build strong client relationships and recurring business.

The role emphasizes developing agent relationships, presenting related products, and driving growth across company and independent offices through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Three years’ prior successful business-to-business sales experience with demonstrated strong closing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents, lenders, referral partners and attend meetings to build and sustain book of business.
• Retain and grow current business through presentations and participation in sales meetings, and proactive identification of prospects.
• Build business plan and set goals to attain usage in assigned offices and beyond.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as requested.
