HomeServices of America is seeking a Title Sales Representative to call on realtors, lenders, escrow companies and builders to produce title and escrow business. Provide personalized professional service to clients to establish relationships which result in recurring title orders.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Three years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of title/escrow processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents and attend meetings to build and sustain a book of business.
• Retain and grow current business through presentations and active participation in sales meetings.
• Build a business plan and set goals to attain high usage in assigned offices and beyond.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
