Job summary

Hoods Unlimited, LLC is hiring a Junior Territory Sales Manager to drive outside sales across Atlanta and North Metro Atlanta. You will earn a $45,000 base plus weekly 8%–12% commissions, with total compensation potential of $85,000–$115,000+ for strong performers.

The role is full-time, hybrid/mostly remote, with travel across the Atlanta area and surrounding communities. You’ll build relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients, develop a sales pipeline, and meet aggressive revenue

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for new business outreach.
• Experience with Excel for tracking leads, quotes, and performance.
• Familiarity with CRM or field service platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business by visiting restaurants, hotels, and kitchens.
• Conduct in-person visits, identify decision-makers, and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline; close new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; follow up to close sales.
• Track leads, quotes, and activities; coordinate with ops and CS.
• Meet weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets.
