Responsibilities

• Visit businesses in your assigned territory and start conversations with potential clients.
• Conduct informational presentations that explain phone, TV, and internet services.
• Identify needs based on company size, workflow, and budget.
• Review promotional offerings, bundle options, and service upgrades.
• Gather customer information and assist in preparing accounts for enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow up communication to ensure a smooth experience.
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing skill development sessions.
