Job summary

Elite Precision Dynamics in Charlotte, NC, is hiring an Entry Level Account Representative to support and grow a portfolio of SMB clients. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, discovery calls, and presenting telecom solutions aligned with client needs, while managing the sales cycle from outreach to close.

You’ll work on-site with the sales team, receive training, use CRM tools, and contribute to onboarding new customers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills for SMB clients.
• Excellent customer service and clear verbal/written communication.
• Willingness to learn product/services and sales processes.
• Comfort working in commission-based environment with targets.
• Familiarity with business communications tech (phone systems, VoIP, UC).
• Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte metro area.
• High school diploma; degree in business/communications a plus.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads.
