SwimOutlet, part of Spiraledge, is seeking a Team Sales Specialist to function as a customer success representative for team accounts. You will support Team Sales Representatives, provide product recommendations, build team stores, and coordinate proofs and orders.

Ideal candidates have strong ecommerce customer service experience, B2B knowledge, and familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce CRM. Join a fast-paced, team-focused environment in the US market.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, ecommerce support preferred.
• Experience with B2B customers and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms & order management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email or in person.
• Support Team Sales Representatives with product recommendations, quotes and order processing for all SwimOutlet brands.
• Maintain detailed notes of all interactions with team accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships with new and existing team accounts in partnership with Team Sales Representatives and Team Division staff.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly service goals while supporting Team Sales Representatives.
