Job Summary:

West Coast Careers is an innovative Amazon-focused SaaS agency seeking a B2B Social Media & Content Strategist to enhance their organic social presence on LinkedIn and TikTok. The role involves developing content strategies, collaborating with leadership, and optimizing social engagement while building a strong brand presence in retail media and Amazon advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the content calendar for LinkedIn and TikTok

• Write and edit original posts, and partner with creative teams for visuals

• Ghostwrite or co-create thought leadership with execs

• Track analytics and optimize for engagement and reach

• React to trends and opportunities in real-time

• Evolve the brand’s social voice and messaging over time

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams

• Identify opportunities to expand to additional social channels

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3–5 years of B2B social or content marketing experience

• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different voices

• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and TikTok

• Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or agency environments

• Understanding of Amazon Ads and retail media

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred:

• Experience with Walmart Marketplace or paid LinkedIn campaigns

• Worked with B2B creators/influencers

• Basic video editing or creative briefing experience

• Familiarity with social tools like Sprout Social, HubSpot, etc.
