FASTSIGNS North Hollywood is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business for signs and graphics throughout Los Angeles. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with ongoing collaboration with design, production, and operations to ensure profitable projects.

The role emphasizes territory development, relationship-building with general contractors, property managers, and local businesses, and features a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience or comparable business sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations with new prospects.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to take basic field measurements and document a job site.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through phone, email, in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Meet customers on site, take measurements, and identify signage opportunities
• Develop estimates, bids, and proposals
• Manage your pipeline from first contact through close
• Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing relationships
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations after the sale
• Understand job costs and gross profit so projects are sold profitably
