FASTSIGNS North Hollywood is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial customer base across Los Angeles, selling banners, window graphics, ADA signage, and related sign solutions. This is a true business-development role: identifying opportunities, building relationships, developing proposals, and closing profitable projects with uncapped commission.

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to take basic field measurements and document a job site.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through phone, email, in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Meet customers on site, take measurements, and identify signage opportunities.
• Develop estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact through close.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations after the sale.
• Understand job costs and gross profit to ensure profitable projects.
