FASTSIGNS North Hollywood is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B signs and graphics business across Los Angeles. You will develop new commercial customers, prepare estimates, and close profitable sign projects from inception to installation.

In this role you’ll earn a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commission, with a schedule Monday–Friday and flexibility for customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience or comparable business sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations with new prospects.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to take basic field measurements and document a job site.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

Outside Sales Representative – B2B Signs & Graphics

Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for customer meetings

FASTSIGNS North Hollywood is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to build our commercial customer base throughout Los Angeles.

Our work ranges from banners and window graphics to ADA signage, dimensional lettering, channel letters, construction signage, monument signs, and more.

This is a true business-development role: finding opportunities, building relationships, developing solutions, and turning them into profitable projects.

ABOUT US

FASTSIGNS North Hollywood is a locally owned sign and graphics company. We opened in May 2026 and are building the business from the ground up.

We are a small, hands-on team. You will work directly with the owner, design, production, and operations, and see the projects you sell move from initial conversation to installation.

THE ROLE

You will own new-business development for the shop. Prospects may include general contractors, property managers, facility managers, commercial developers, multi-location businesses, manufacturers, schools, medical groups, and local business owners.

We provide tools, support, and leads, but you will be expected to actively build relationships and develop a territory.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, or comparable business sales experience
• Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations with new prospects
• Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Able to take basic field measurements and document a job site
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record

Preferred

• Sign, print, graphics, construction, building products, or commercial trades experience
• Familiarity with blueprints, permitting, bidding, or estimating
• Experience quoting from costs and margins
• Existing relationships with GCs, property managers, facility managers, or commercial businesses in LA

Sign-industry experience is helpful but not required. We can teach signage. We want someone who knows how to prospect, follow up, build trust, and close business.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $40,000–$50,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.

Commission: 10% of gross profit on qualified sales.

Gross profit is job revenue minus direct job costs, including materials, outsourced production, subcontracted installation, permits, freight, and other direct project costs. Shop overhead and salaries are not deducted.

Commission is paid after customer payment is received.

Qualified sales include new business you source, dormant accounts you reactivate, existing accounts you materially grow, and inbound opportunities over $2,500 that you personally scope, estimate, and close. Routine walk-in and small repeat orders are handled by other team members.
