Actalent in Dallas, TX is hiring a results-driven Talent Solutions Account Manager to expand client relationships and deliver top engineering and sciences consultants to diverse companies. You will lead client meetings, negotiate rates, and collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships)
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism
• Strong propensity to learn as necessary

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory
• Establish and manage target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources
• Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships via CRMs and networking tools
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to qualify business opportunities
• Increase sales and market share by managing assigned and new accounts
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability in line with market standards
• Build and maintain relationships by providing consultants and marketing resumes
• Lead client meetings and consultations with recruiters to fulfill client needs
• Partner with recruiting to identify top Sciences and Engineering talent
