Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Trainee to help advance the careers of engineering and sciences professionals. You will build trusted relationships with client companies and work within our Actalent and Aston Carter brands to grow revenue and provide value through talent solutions.

You will undergo comprehensive training, with a 24-week program, and have opportunities for advancement, performance incentives, and a strong benefits package in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong presentation skills and professionalism.
• Strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services SME for your territory.
• Establish target accounts and prospects using internal/external resources.
• Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships.
• Lead face-to-face meetings with decision makers and qualify business needs.
• Increase sales and market share by managing assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards.
• Build, maintain, and market resumes of top consultants within accounts.
• Lead client meetings and client manager interactions; organize consultant lunches.
• Partner with recruiting to fulfill client talent needs.
