Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting B2B product sales.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to execute dealer, distributor, and retail initiatives.
• Oversee the retail POS program, including displays, inventory, store builds, and implementation.
• Plan and manage major events; support regional and local events and trade shows.
• Travel approximately 30% to attend trade shows and events.
• Provide customers with accurate product information and sales support.
• Project-manage publication of the biannual price list.
• Process orders for samples, trade shows, media partners, and promotions.
• Manage B2B account portal and ensure access to assets.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and document account activity.
• Participate in product training and develop market expertise.
• Support marketplace sales with product-data entry and audits.
• Assist customers and stakeholders with questions and issues.
• Perform additional sales-support duties and special projects.
