Job summary

Twice as Nice Recruiting is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our client, a division of an established industrial manufacturer, to join the Lincoln Park, NJ team. You will assist customers with product needs, primarily service and parts, handling emails and quotes.

In this office-based role, you will research requests, coordinate order fulfillment, and provide cross-functional support with procurement and operations. A team-focused, hands-on environment with strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer replacement parts inquiries.
• Identify replacement components using ERP, catalogs, and documentation.
• Prepare quotations and process replacement parts orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer updates.
• Resolve order discrepancies and provide aftermarket support.
• Build relationships with industrial customers through exceptional service.
• Interpret drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Develop knowledge of industrial machinery and components.
• Provide cross-functional support across parts, purchasing, and operations.
