Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales support, inside sales, or order-entry roles in manufacturing or wholesale.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (JD Edwards, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or AS400) and strong Excel/Outlook.
• Excellent communication, professional phone/email etiquette.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data entry.
• Long-term reliability and willingness to commit to a permanent role.

Aufgaben

• Dedicated Sales Team Support: collaborate with outside reps to process orders, verify pricing, and resolve issues.
• B2B Customer Service & Account Management: serve as primary contact for commercial customers, provide ETAs and schedule updates.
• High-Volume Sales Order Entry: input daily orders into ERP with fast, accurate 10-key data entry.
• Order Auditing & Problem Resolution: catch discrepancies and coordinate with reps or customers.
• Order-to-Fulfillment Coordination: ensure specs are clear and orders ship on schedule.
