Culligan seeks a Major Account Sales Representative in Louisville to hunt and close new B2B opportunities. This role offers uncapped commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a protected sales territory.

You will build relationships with commercial clients such as office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and hospitality, leveraging Culligan’s leading water purification technology and a proven sales process learned through company training.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ B2B outside sales or a degree in Professional Sales is required.
• Looking to move from $35K-$70K to $100K-$255K+ with uncapped earnings.
• Must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Love to hunt and close new business B2B opportunities.
• Achieve monthly quotas including bookings with decision-makers.
• Manage on-site trials and monthly unit targets.
• Generate appointments via prospecting, calls, emails and social media.
• Maintain and update CRM with activities and results.

Position Summary

Are you a B2B sales hunter and sales professional looking to make the jump beyond $35K-$70K per year and do it with the #1 company and best technology? The Major Account Sales Representative OTE last year was between $150K-$255K!

Culligan rents the industry leading bottleless ice & water purifier

to commercial establishments such as office buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical/dental centers, hospitality, warehousing and any general business, that transforms normal tap water into refreshing purified drinking water through our exclusive Culligan purification process!

Customers receive a no-obligation onsite trial that has a 98% close rate with virtually no competition (the normal competition we encounter is the customer's current situation/status quo)!

Responsibilities

• Love to hunt & close new business B2B opportunities
• Achieve monthly performance quotas:
  • 22 monthly new business first time appointments with decision-makers (average 1 per day)
• Current client annual partnership reviews:
  • 12 on-site no-obligation trial
  • 15 units per month (we average 1.6 units per contracts
• Generate appointments by daily prospecting
• Face to face cold calling
• Social media networking/appointment setting
• Prospecting phone calls
• Email/Video email prospecting & follow up
• Manage business activities/results in a CRM

Qualifications

• Fearless new business skills
• 1 year+ experience as a successful B2B outside sales new business hunter OR graduated with a major in Professional Sales from an accredited university is a must
• Looking to make the jump from a past income of $35K-$70K to $100K-$255K+ (uncapped)
• Excellent communication & relationship skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
