BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Are you ready to take the training, leads, and marketing support we provide and turn them into a thriving sales career? Join our dynamic team as we seek driven and enthusiastic sales professionals for our growing B2B Sales division. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers through outbound calls, develop relationships, and propose tailored solutions based on their needs.

This is a remote position — applicants residing in CT, MA, NY, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX are welcome!
First Year Potential Earnings: $60,000-$70,000 (Base $17.00/hr.)

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Your supervisor will support your growth, refine your sales techniques, and help you meet your quotas. All supervisors have climbed the ranks from sales roles, ensuring they understand and can guide your development. We value continuous improvement and encourage your input to foster collaboration.

What You Will Do

In your first 90 days, you'll:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Foley's products and their benefits to customers
  • Familiarize yourself with Foley's teams and their roles
  • Develop your technical toolkit to stay organized and effective
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and pain points
  • Safeguard company and customer information following policies
What We'd Like You To Have

Qualifications:

  • Experience in transactional sales, especially over the phone
  • Strong outbound calling skills and high-volume call handling
  • Excellent pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce and Sales Loft
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes and close deals quickly
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to new technologies and sales strategies

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with immediate eligibility for commissions. We provide tools, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to help your sales career thrive.
