Consolidated Employer Services (CES) is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team. This in-office role focuses on building relationships with small and midsize businesses, presenting HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management solutions, and driving revenue through inside and outside sales activities.

You will be supported by leadership, training, and a team that values collaboration and long-term success, with a six-figure earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities.
• Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person.
• Build relationships with small and midsize business owners.
• Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development.
