Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a driven Sales Representative to own new business development, hunt opportunities, build relationships, and expand the customer base in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B product sales, a Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally for meetings, training, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (inside and outside sales).
• B2B product sales background preferred; service sales not sufficient.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; HS diploma acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Copper).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
• Establish and grow new accounts through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Grow sales by promoting new products and services and securing additional orders.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and educate customers on products.
• Use Copper CRM to track activities and customer interactions.
