Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Sales Associate in Liberty Harbor to help grow the top of the funnel. You will research prospects, make 50–100 outbound touches per day, and set qualified appointments for the sales team.

You’ll connect with decision-makers, learn outbound outreach, and contribute to driving business growth across 20+ service lines. We’re seeking a go-getter with a strong work ethic, coachability, and a desire to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior sales experience required—great for learning B2B sales fundamentals.
• Excellent phone, written communication, and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Liberty Harbor area businesses that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Execute 50–100 outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) daily to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and document appointments for handoff to sales executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach and communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to review progress and refine outreach strategies.
• Provide insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
