Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Sales Associate in Liberty Harbor to fuel our top of the funnel. You will research prospects, perform 50–100 outbound activities daily, and set qualified appointments for the sales team.

You’ll connect with decision-makers, master outbound outreach, and help drive growth across multiple facility service lines. A growth mindset and strong follow-up skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in outbound, inside, or sales development roles (B2B a plus).
• Excellent phone presence and written communication; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and meeting activity goals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses in the market that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Execute 50–100 outbound activities daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and document appointments for handoff to sales executives.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach efforts and communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to review progress and refine outreach strategies.
