Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions's Liberty Harbor location is seeking a Sales Associate to fuel the top of the sales funnel. You will research prospects, perform outbound outreach, and set up qualified appointments for the sales team.

You will connect with decision-makers, master outbound outreach, and play a crucial part in driving growth across 20+ facility service lines, collaborating with leadership and maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Execute 50-100 high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and document appointments, creating a seamless handoff to sales executives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
• Collaborate regularly with leadership to review progress, refine outreach strategies, and deliver consistent messaging.
• Provide valuable insights to leadership on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
