Infinity is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement outbound sales strategies, lead a team of B2B sales representatives, and ensure client success within a high-performance contact center.

You will analyze performance data, collaborate with other departments, coach staff, and drive improvements to increase conversion rates and revenue while delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales management in BPO/call center
• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets
• Strong data analysis to inform decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication for clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred
