Zusammenfassung

Infinity seeks a dynamic outbound B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced BPO/contact center setting. You will design and execute outbound strategies, coach a team of reps, and build strong client partnerships to deliver measurable revenue growth.

This role relies on data analytics and KPI dashboards to monitor performance, inform strategy, and align with other departments. You will drive continuous improvement, outperform competitors, and ensure client goals are met with

Qualifikationen

Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales management in the BPO/contact center industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Strong data analysis to inform strategic decisions and actions.
Excellent verbal and written communication for clients and stakeholders.
