Job summary

R.I.S.E. Financial is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business and lead the development of a high-performing sales team. You will close new client opportunities and educate customers on supplemental insurance while tailoring solutions to meet needs.

You will also coach and train sales reps, mentor team members, and collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies and sales targets. A regionally focused travel schedule is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to inspire action.

Responsibilities

• Drive Direct Business to Business Sales and close new client opportunities.
• Educate customers on supplemental insurance benefits and tailor solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with prompt follow-up throughout the sales process.
