Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a field-based B2B sales professional to drive new account acquisition in a defined territory. You’ll manage the pipeline, conduct in-person presentations, and close deals with decision-makers across industries.

The role offers a base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions and a first-year on-target earnings range of $85,000–$100,000+. Top performers exceed $130,000 with quarterly bonuses and auto/mobile allowances.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in new account acquisition.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Comfort with prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong computer and CRM skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• College degree preferred.
• Military-experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
