Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage commercial client relationships.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of commercial and property management accounts.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding processes.
• Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet.
• Track sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM.
