Job summary

1-Tom-Plumber Northwest Chicago is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to own the NW Chicago market. You’ll be a door-opener, relationship-builder, and closer, walking into businesses to introduce our reliable plumbing services and secure partnerships.

This role offers a competitive base plus commission, company car, and generous benefits. You’ll grow with a clear path to leadership while helping property managers, HOA boards, and real estate pros trust us for 24/7 emergency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
• Clean driving record and access to a company vehicle.
• Ability to speak 'Professional' and 'Plumber' (brand ambassador).

Responsibilities

• Build the bridge between 1-Tom-Plumber and NW Chicago community.
• Identify and secure new partners among property managers, HOA boards, and real estate professionals.
• Develop relationships, nurture opportunities, and close deals to achieve targets.
• Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline.
