City Wide Facility Solutions of West LA is seeking an experienced SalesExecutive to drive new business development in a competitive, sales-driven environment. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, collaborating with operations and the sales team to build profitable client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior history working in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success.
• Hunter sales acumen; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM experience required; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals for >$1,500 in monthly sales.
• Schedule appointments and present account requirements to initiate the sales process.
• Close sales by building rapport, presenting capabilities, handling objections and consolidating contacts.
• Conduct at least 20 hours of prospecting weekly and 250 calls/emails and other activities weekly.
• Maintain client and lead information in the CRM and manage the Top 100 list.
• Other duties as assigned.
