Job summary

Natura is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Executive (B2B New Business Development) to generate and close new commercial accounts across Texas. You will own your pipeline, conduct discovery with decision-makers, and present tailored biophilic design proposals for interior and exterior plant programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of true B2B development, a proven closing record, and a high outbound activity approach.

Qualifications

• B2B new business development experience required.
• Track record of closing new accounts, not just inbound leads.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and cold outreach.
• Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from contact to close.
• Conduct discovery conversations with commercial decision-makers.
• Develop and present tailored proposals for biophilic design solutions.
• Negotiate and close new contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline visibility in Hubspot.
• Meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
