Express Employment Professionals Richardson is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive business development in our local territory. You’ll build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, uncover workforce needs, and present staffing solutions.

This is a hunter and relationship-builder role focused on non-recruiting activities, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a path to six-figure earnings in the right market.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• Ability to prospect and develop new business.
• Comfort with cold calls and meeting with business owners, executives, HR professionals, or other decision-makers.
• Track record of achieving measurable sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Make calls and visits to generate new conversations and opportunities.
• Identify local businesses with hiring needs and discuss workforce solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and HR professionals.
• Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs and grow accounts.
• Maintain accurate activity in the CRM and collaborate with recruiting team.
