Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Missouri is seeking a front-of-house sales associate to handle calls, emails, and walk-in customers. You will input estimates into POS, follow up for customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean storefront while building vendor relationships.

The role includes production and installation status updates, tele-prospecting, and managing multiple sales leads with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice.
• Strong communication and customer service ability.
• Understand the various types of visual communication products and articulate them to customers.
• Sales DNA attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Natural sense of urgency.
• Partner well with the design and production team.
• College education preferred but not required.
• Previous graphics or print shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls, e-mails and manage walk-in customers.
• Input estimates and orders into POS with attention to detail and basic math.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure high level of satisfaction.
• Keep retail front of house clean and meeting company standards.
• Establish relationships with industry vendors and partners.
• Manage and provide status updates on production and installation.
• Tele-prospecting to local businesses to set up appointments and discover sales opportunities.
• Manage leads from various sources and assign appropriately.
