FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking a front-desk/sales associate to handle calls, emails, and walk-in customers while inputting estimates and processing orders with attention to detail. You will follow up to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a clean, professional storefront.

Responsibilities include establishing vendor relationships, managing production/status updates, and tele-prospecting to set appointments and uncover sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice is essential for customer interactions.
• Strong communication and customer service ability.
• Ability to understand and articulate visual communication products.
• Sales DNA attitude focused on high customer satisfaction.
• Natural sense of urgency in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with design and production teams.
• College education preferred but not required.
• Previous graphics or print shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls, e-mails and manage walk-in customers
• Input estimates and orders into point of sales system - requires attention to detail and understanding of basic math
• Follow-up with customers to insure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Make sure retail front of house location is clean and meets company standards
• Establish relationship with industry vendors and partners
• Manage and provide status updates on production and installation
• Tele-prospecting to local businesses to set up appointments and discover sales opportunities
• Manage leads received from various sources and their proper assignment
