Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sign sales experience (inside or outside).
• Strong attitude, accountability and teamwork.
• Problem solving to meet customer needs and drive results.

• Fluent with Google's G-Suite and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and generate leads with commercial customers through in-person meetings and events.
• Pitch and quote large, multi-solution projects while maintaining margins.
• Convert leads to customers through consultative sales and close in the management system.
• Coordinate with production, graphics, and installation teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with external vendors for high-quality delivery and timely installation.
