Kreassive, a premier Beauty & Wellness commerce platform headquartered in Torrance, CA, seeks a detail-oriented B2B Sales Assistant to support daily wholesale sales activities and retail account coordination. You will assist with prospect research, customer follow-up, quotations, order processing, and sales administration under established procedures and guidance.

This role is suitable for junior candidates and motivated recent graduates.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related fields is a plus.
1–3 years of sales support, customer service, retail, wholesale, or administrative experience preferred.
Clear written and verbal English; strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Willingness to learn CRM and ERP systems; bilingual Korean or Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer support and follow-up: assist inquiries, meetings, samples, and reorder reminders; refer complex issues to the sales lead.
Quotations and documentation: prepare quotes using approved pricing; secure discount and term approvals.
Market research and lead generation: research prospective retailers; maintain lead lists and outreach.
Account growth support: track follow-ups, recommendations, and retail display proposals.
Event support: assist with trade shows, materials, samples, and lead collection.
Sales materials: prepare catalogs, line sheets, presentations, and sample kits.
Order coordination: enter/verify orders, coordinate inventory, shipments, and invoicing.
CRM and sales reporting: update records and prepare routine sales reports.
