Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-growing environments.
• Ability to explain complex SaaS solutions to non-technical audiences.
• BANT qualification framework knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and data entry discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand challenges and goals.
• QUALIFY leads using BANT and hand off only sales-ready opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records for pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to improve outreach.
• Develop domain knowledge in foodservice/retail CPG to advise prospects.
