Job summary

ELSA is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to support B2B operations by combining customer support, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work with CSMs and client admins to monitor engagement and optimize scalable workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, SaaS Operations, Business/Data Analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in dashboards and CS metrics.
• Excellent English communication and a proactive mindset toward process improvement, automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customer activation, account setup, dashboards, user invitations, and recurring engagement activities.
• Handle operational and technical requests from B2B client admins and internal CSMs via ticketing systems.
• Investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
