• Build strong relationships with existing B2B customers, including European energy suppliers, ensuring they get maximum value from the SaaS platform.
• Serve as primary point of contact for daily requests, onboarding, product adoption, and first-level support, escalating technical issues when needed.
• Monitor account health, prepare quarterly business reviews, and support renewals, upselling, and retention while gathering customer feedback.
