Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Solutions Consultant to lead the full B2B sales cycle, from qualification to close, for multi-stakeholder commercial roofing opportunities.

You will perform on-site inspections, capture measurements, and scope projects to inform estimating. You’ll coordinate with General Managers, Superintendents, and estimating teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside or B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven success navigating long sales cycles.
• CRM mastery and disciplined sales process management.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full B2B sales cycle—from qualification through close—on multi-stakeholder, commercial roofing deals.
• Conduct on-site inspections, take accurate measurements, and complete preliminary scoping to inform estimating.
• Coordinate with operations to align schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintain professional communication with customers during long sales cycles and forecast revenue in CRM.
• Develop relationships with customers and manufacturers to drive revenue and meet targets.
