Qualifications

5+ years B2B sales with a proven ability to build from zero.
Ability to work to KPIs and defined sales processes.
Strong CRM and pipeline discipline.
Physically able to climb a ladder when a superintendent isn't available.
Roofing experience is not required; construction backgrounds considered but not preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the full cycle: source the lead, make the call, run the site visit, close the deal.
Win commercial service and maintenance agreements as the route into reroof work.
Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM against clear KPIs.
Deliver signed agreements from a standing start to a 30/60/90-day plan.
Set the sales process the reps who follow you will work to.
