Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. You will handle calls, update accounts, and work to resolve unpaid balances with professionalism.

This remote role provides company-issued equipment, a schedule 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday, and a monthly commission bonus in addition to hourly pay. Benefits are included.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and experience in collections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in commercial collections required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a proven record of accomplishments.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to pass background checks.
• Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations.
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on applicable laws and TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge of company policies and procedures and providing feedback for process improvements.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Work Location: This is aremote/work from home position.

Compensation: $18 -20/hour + Monthly Commission Bonus Structure

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience commercial collections
• Previous experience collecting larger balances
• Previous experience working in an WAH environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to remain self-motivated
