Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is offering a remote Call Center Representative role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve unpaid accounts, and maintain accurate consumer records from your home office.

The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to navigate complex conversations with delinquent accounts. A comprehensive benefits package and flexible schedule accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in commercial collections preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• FDCPA knowledge is helpful.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
• Available to work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations.
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Making recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation: $18 -20/hour + Monthly Commission Bonus Structure

• Previous experience commercial collections
• Previous experience collecting larger balances
• Previous experience working in an WAH environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to remain self-motivated
